What Clutch is. Clutch helps you track credit card benefits, credits, and annual fees. Everything in the app is general information only. Nothing in Clutch is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Accuracy. Card benefits change often, and issuers can change them at any time. We work to keep benefit details current, but we cannot guarantee they are accurate or complete. Always confirm the details of any benefit with your card issuer before acting on them, especially before opening, keeping, or canceling a card.
No affiliation. Clutch is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, card issuer, or card network. Card names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the cards.
Your data. Clutch has no accounts and collects no personal data. Everything you track stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases. Clutch Pro is an optional upgrade sold through the App Store. Purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
As is. Clutch is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information in the app.
Changes. We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version always lives on this page.
